Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time - Summer 2026

• Assist with equipment design changes
• Creating and revising equipment drawings
• Review functional failures on equipment to determine root cause
• Review preventive maintenance tasks
• Aid in job plan creation

Internship Qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of spring 2026 semester
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Microsoft Office experience
• AutoCAD or Solidworks experience
• Mechanical/electrical print reading experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
