Tube Mill Production Trainer

This is a part-time and temporary position not to exceed 28 hours per week. 

Responsibilities could include:

• Training new hires on production positions at #3 and #5 Tube Mill
• Training new associates who bid into production positions at #3 and #5 Tube Mill
• General mill introductions to all associates
• Auditing new hire training practices
• Participating in training program
• Completing LPA audits of associates
• IMS Gauge assistance and surface package review of orders
• Such other duties, tasks and responsibilities as the Company may request of or assign to employee from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in the Tube Mills at the Gambrinus Steel Plant
