Metallus Internship Program

Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2026

• Learn about account management in the steel/manufacturing industry
• Shadow and support Account Managers to learn skills in prospecting, cold calling, presentation, and pricing
• Gain understanding of sales pipeline and process from inquiry to shipment of product
• Understanding of Metallus capabilities/offerings, market segments, and competitive landscape
• Opportunity to shadow Account Mangers on local travel to customers for meetings and plant tours

Internship Qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2026 semester
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Preferred majors: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
