Purpose

As a vital part of the Human Resources (HR) organization, you will be instrumental in managing and continuously improving our talent management and development processes. With your knowledge of performance management, career development, mentoring, and belonging and inclusion, you will drive a set of projects, manage annual talent related processes, and work with HR and business leaders to maximize the effectiveness of our talent programs; many of which are housed in our HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Lead talent management processes for the organization in the areas of goal planning, performance management, 360 assessments, mentoring, belonging and inclusion, and career development.
  2. Develop and deliver training to human resource business partners and the broader organization regarding talent management processes, including quick guides/job aids for HR, managers, and employees.
  3. Collaborate with the human resources team on ideas to continuously improve talent management processes/programs for the organization, including ensuring the talent management processes sustain a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  4. Research and benchmark best practices. Collect data to support the development or refinement of talent management processes and programs. Analyze, interpret, and present data to detect trends and determine the most appropriate actions for the team to take.
  5. Act as a resource to all levels of the organization and the human resources team regarding the interpretation of talent management process/program guidelines as well as the appropriate use of systems and tools.
  6. Annually work with members of the human resource team to write Affirmative Action plans that align with the company's belonging and inclusion goals.
  7. Lead and continuously improve the organization's 360 review process.
  8. Lead and administer the company’s employee engagement survey. Work with members of the HR and leadership team to continuously refine and improve the process to drive engagement, retention, and our cultural framework. 
  9. Work with communications stakeholders to develop and deliver the communication strategy for all related talent management processes across the organization. 
  10. Lead and continuously improve the organization's formal mentoring program.
  11. Act as the functional leader for the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:  goal management, performance management, talent profile, and development planning. This involves assessing biannual innovation cycles to determine which optional functions should be implemented and timing of implementation as well as testing of all universal changes to modules to make sure functionality is not impacted or interrupted.
  12. Work with the training and development team to design and launch organizational and leadership development programming. Facilitate training as appropriate. 

 

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Ability to operate with high amount of confidentiality & professionalism is required.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office & use of HRIS applications) are required.
  • Experience administering talent processes and programs is required.
  • Experience researching, designing, and implementing talent management/development related processes and programs is required.
  • Must be highly organized and process oriented.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules related to talent management and development is strongly preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, I/O psychology, or related; with at least 7 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master's degree or MBA in human resources, business, I/O psychology, or related; with at least 5 years of relevant experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, I/O psychology, or related; with at least 9 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master's degree or MBA in human resources, business, I/O psychology, or related; with at least 7 years of relevant experience
