Quality Systems Manager (Part-time)

Purpose and Scope:

This is a part-time and temporary position not to exceed 28 hours per week for approximately 6 months. The employee will help develop and revise SOPs and training materials to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, AMS, and NADCAP standards. Lead and support audit readiness efforts, including participation in Nadcap internal audits and driving root cause and corrective action implementation. Ideal candidate brings deep expertise in quality systems, policy/procedure development, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in root cause and corrective action discussion and implementation related to Nadcap internal audits 
• Write and revise standard operating procedures and training modules to ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (ISO, ASTM, Nadcap, AMS, etc) and customer specifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 20 years of experience in Quality Systems Management and compliance
• Familiarity with Material & Process Specifications, Technical/Testing Standards and Quality Management System Standards
