Internship Assignment: Full-Time - Summer 2025

  • Support customer service activities for all Metallus products
  • Communicate and collaborate across departments; including sales, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Learn how to process a customer's order, handle select customers, and provide status requests and RFQs (request for quote)
  • Analyze customer demand patterns, supply chain production, and operating plans
  • Opportunity to look for and suggest process improvements within customer service
  • Support data gathering and analysis tasks for customer service platforms, including the company-wide IT Transformation and adoption of SAP

 

Internship Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2025 semester
  • Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
  • Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC usage
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
